At Parker & Pets, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)
- Items that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at our Contact page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us through our Contact page.
