Shipping Policy — Parker & Pets

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 3–7 business days (where available)
  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us via our Contact page. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Parker & Pets is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
