Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard US Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited US Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
  • International: 10–25 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately via our Contact page and we'll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
